Reservation can be canceled by the customer up to 24 hours before the transfer time. In this case, the customer will be refunded. Reservation cancellations made later will not be refunded, 100% fee will be charged.
The customer must be present with his / her luggage at the designated point at the time of transfer. If the customer is not present at the transfer point at the time of transfer, the vehicle allocated to the Transfer Passenger (ADOSIN Tourism) is obliged to wait for 10 (ten) minutes. If the customer does not reach the designated point with his / her luggage at the end of 10 (ten) minutes, the vehicle is not obliged to wait any longer, in this case, the customer is not refunded, 100% fee is applied.
Two (2) extra STOP leaves of 20 minutes each are granted and an additional fee of 40 TL is charged per stop.
For airport pickup: The driver will wait in front of those arriving at the airport. For Outside Airport transfers: The driver will wait at the hotel entrance.
In case of no transfer, 100% deduction will be made and no refund will be made.
The transfer is due to us, if the vehicle is 30 minutes late, and if there is no meeting with the ADOSIN Tourism Reservation assistant, 100% of the fee will be refunded to the customer.
Your driver may need to contact you, so your phone must be turned on and able to receive calls and texts during the pickup period.
More than one vehicle can be booked in a reservation and you will be charged accordingly.
Round Trip Reservations can also be made and you will be charged accordingly.
Alcohol and smoking are also prohibited by law, and fines belong to the customer. If you do not follow this rule, you will be charged a cleaning fee.
In the event that the times specified in this Agreement expire and / or the conditions are not met, the cancellation right cannot be used and ADOSİN Turizm does not make a refund.
If you have taken the reservation from the website, mobile application or call center of ADOSİN Turizm, you can make changes and cancellations through any of the online sales channels or call center with the PNR (Reservation) Code and identity information.
ADOSİN Turizm may cancel the reservation and / or transfer unilaterally for reasons such as unexpected situation, force majeure, natural disaster, hail, flood, traffic accident. In this case, if there is no defect attributable to it, it will not refund.
Passengers who have a reservation but request a cancellation less than 24 hours before the transfer or after the transfer time are considered as passengers who did not participate in the transfer (no show). In this case, no refund is made, 100% fee is applied.
Cancellations, changes and refunds are not made for the promotional product purchased by the passenger for any reason.
Credit card that will be incurred by the return of payments and transactions with ADO Republic of Turkey are tourism, property damage, which will be installed by the bank or banks, brokerage fees, etc. Liabilities such as are deducted from the money to be returned to the Passenger.
Cancellations made in reservations purchased in installments are returned to the paid card account in installments.
If the reservation is canceled by ADOSIN Tourism for any reason, this will be reported to the Passenger as soon as possible.
In the event that the Passenger does not comply with the obligations in this Agreement and / or the reservation is canceled due to any fault and / or negligence of the Passenger and / or does not receive the service, ADOSIN Tourism will not have any responsibility. For this reason, all legal rights of ADOSIN Tourism are reserved, except for the collection of the service fee.
ADOSİN Turizm reserves the right to keep the transaction amounts in Suspicious Transactions, especially in the following cases, and in case of notification by the User or the System Partner, until the approval date of the Payment Transaction by the Member. If the suspicious situation becomes definite provided that it is documented, the payments will not be processed.
If there is any suspicion that the Payment Transaction does not comply with legal provisions,
If there is a suspicion that the Payment Transaction was made without the knowledge of the holder of the credit card used in the Payment Transaction,
If there is a suspicion that the Payment Transaction was made without the knowledge of the bank account owner used in the Payment Transaction,
If there is any doubt that the Payment Transaction is not an actual Payment Transaction (excluding tests).
The refund of the transactions accepted by the bank after the cancellation / refund request, after the end of the day information is received, if the transaction credit card belongs to a Turkish bank, approximately 2-3 days, if it is a foreign credit card, approximately 3-7 days depending on the country reflected. If the sales and returns are made on the same day, the refund will be made the next day by ADOSİN Turizm, since the banks do not accept automatic refunds (except weekends and official holidays).
